Claims processed within 7 days

We guarantee that we will process your insurance claim within seven days from the date on which we receive all necessary information and documents. If it takes us longer, we will add CHF 100 to your insurance benefit.

Guarantee 7 applies under the following insurances

Motor vehicle insurance (comprehensive/partial)

Example:

A marten chews through the cables on your vehicle.

Household contents and personal liability

Example:

A gust of wind causes your living-room window to break, or your leather jacket is stolen from a restaurant.
