On October 23, 2015 the rating agency A.M. Best announced the result of its appraisal of the Generali Group. It affirms the financial strength rating of “A”.
The rating agency A.M. Best affirms the financial strength rating (FSR) of “A” and the issuer credit ratings (ICR) of “a” of the Generali Group. The outlook for all ratings is stable. A.M. Best justifies the grades with the group’s very strong business position in continental Europe, solid operating performance and slowly improving risk-adjusted capitalization.
