We will process your insurance claim within seven days. If it takes us longer, we will add CHF 100 to your insurance benefit.
The seven days are counted from the date on which we have received all necessary information and documents.
Examples of documents you need to submit in the event of a claim for GUARANTEE 7 to apply:
- Claims notification
- Repair work invoice
- Photos of the damage
- Expert report
- Proof of purchase
- Statements from other parties (witness reports)
- Information from other insurers involved in the case
- Police report
GUARANTEE 7 applies under the following insurances:
- Motor vehicle insurance (comprehensive/partial accidental damage)
For example: A marten chews through the cables on your vehicle. Generali's GUARANTEE 7 promises to process your claim within seven days.
Important:
Only the damage to a policyholders motor vehicle can be processed within these seven days. Personal injuries cannot be processed within the same timeframe.
