As a responsible insurer, we want to incentivise sustainable behaviours that respect the environment and to be considerate of people with special needs. At the same time, we also actively discourage actions that have a negative impact. As of November 2018, we are no longer insuring new coal-fired power plants or coal mines. We are also no longer offering insurance for new customers who generate more than 30% of their energy or sales through coal.
