After successfully completing your studies, you would like to gain some practical experience and apply what you’ve learned. We put you right in the centre of the action by assigning you challenging tasks and projects – combined with coaching and support. Your 12 months will be rounded off with seminars, workshops and personal mentoring.
We give you an opportunity to start your career successfully after your studies. Our structured programme will prepare you to take up a permanent position with us when you finish. You’ll serve stints in various departments and divisions so you get to know Generali from a range of different perspectives. Time abroad is part of the programme too, so that you get all the tools you need for your job.
