We believe in the importance of a work-life balance. That’s why we advertise all our jobs as part-time positions. You can also speak to your manager at any time and come to an agreement about reducing your work hours. You have the option of working remotely for 60% of your total work hours. Plus, we offer six weeks' holidays to give you time to spend on your hobbies or with your family. Not only that, you can take time off without pay starting in your second year with us.
