"The most important, as I see it, are my social skills and my understanding of the customers. You do, of course, have to be versatile and efficient, too; but that comes second."

What did you do before joining Generali?

"I got my high school diploma in Nyon specialising in economics and business and then spent a year doing an internship with a multinational group in Vevey. After the vocational school-leaving certificate and some time out, I looked around for a new job and was offered a short-term contract in claims processing at Generali. The HR Team then suggested I should do a traineeship as an insurance assistant. And here I am today!"
