Gauging your satisfaction: the Generali net promoter score

The net promoter score (NPS) is an internationally recognised approach we use to measure how happy you are to recommend us.

Why? Because we want to be even quicker and even better at supporting you. This means we need to understand your needs better, learn from your feedback and use that knowledge to improve our products, services and processes.

 

How do we do that? Each time we’ve been in touch we will ask you how likely it is that you will recommend Generali Insurances to your friends or family. Your reply on a scale of 0 (not likely at all) to 10 (very likely) tells us how satisfied you are with our service. Of course we also want to know about and look very closely at your reasons for rating us the way you did.
