Ombudsman

As a Generali customer, you can call upon the ombudsman’s office for help, free of charge. The ombudsman will answer questions about insurance law and negotiate solutions in conflict situations. The ombudsman can help you with, for example, disagreements about the assessment of an insurance policy’s contents, the extent of cover, or the amount of a claim.

Its member companies include Generali General Insurance Ltd, Generali Insurances of Persons Ltd, and Fortuna Legal Protection Insurance Ltd.
