Adliswil – The new song “Unsere Melodie” by Generali featuring Zoë Më shows how many voices can come together to create a shared melody. It was created with around 180 children from all over Switzerland as part of the “Lion Kids by Generali” music promotion programme. As a musical mentor, this summer, Zoë Më shared her enthusiasm for music and her experience as Switzerland’s representative at the 2025 Eurovision Song Contest with the children who were taking part. The song’s message is that each voice is unique, but together we can create something even greater.

Lion Kids: promoting music with a social impact

With “Lion Kids by Generali”, Generali Switzerland is committed to helping children, families and communities in Switzerland. The music promotion programme creates experiences that strengthen children, promote their creativity and give them the opportunity to collaborate with renowned Swiss musicians to create something of their own.

Lion Kids underlines Generali’s promise to assist people in a variety of life situations as a lifetime partner. The programme combines promoting young talent and culture with a social commitment: children are given a stage, families experience special moments and, via The Human Safety Net Switzerland, families in difficult life situations benefit too.

Through this initiative, Generali is making a contribution to society beyond its traditional insurance business.

Many voices come together to form a melody

In six workshops across five Swiss cities, the children immersed themselves in the world of music. Together with Zoë Më, they composed, wrote lyrics, sang, played music and studied the song and its choreography. “Unsere Melodie” is being released today. The song is now available on all major streaming and download platforms and at generali.ch/song.

Zoë Më wrote “Unsere Melodie” specifically for this year’s Lion Kids. The central idea is that each person has their own voice and way of expressing themself. Only when these different voices come together does a shared melody emerge. With this song, Zoë Më wants to encourage children to believe in themselves, discover their talents and experience the joy of making music together.

She is the sixth mentor of “Lion Kids by Generali”, succeeding Noah Veraguth, Dodo, Stefanie Heinzmann, Luca Hänni and Bligg. She has a special history with the Lion Kids, having been a coach when the programme was first run. Now she’s coming full circle by returning as a musical mentor. Zoë Më represented Switzerland at the 2025 Eurovision Song Contest in Basel, finishing 10th.

Music video by young filmmakers

As with the song, the focus of the music video was on promoting young talent. In collaboration with filmkids.ch, children were given a behind-the-scenes look at professional video production and got to play an active role in conception, planning and filming. The result is authentic scenes that showcase the Lion Kids’ creativity, joy and sense of community.

Song proceeds to benefit socially disadvantaged families

All proceeds from the song “Unsere Melodie” will go to the The Human Safety Net Switzerland foundation, which supports families with children in difficult circumstances in Switzerland. In this way, the Lion Kids not only help with their music; they also directly help other children and families.

The Human Safety Net is the Generali Group’s global community initiative and is active in 25 countries. In Switzerland, The Human Safety Net Switzerland foundation is committed to helping parents and children aged zero to six in difficult situations. It supports programmes across Switzerland that promote early childhood development and equal opportunities.
